Surgery
During the 1970s, a procedure was developed where a prostheses and rods are surgically inserted into the penile erectile tissue. The rods are of two types: fixed and flexible which are filled with fluid or activated by a spring when you want erections. The surgery itself is simple, but evolved drugs for erectile dysfunction are recommended to try out before any surgical procedure is considered.
